Adjustments and custom length selections are made before placing your order, so please double-check your chosen length carefully. Once an order is placed, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges due to length preferences.
No refunds on any jewelry that has personal laser engraving
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Damage caused after delivery will not be accepted for return or exchange. Any jewelry that shows signs of wear, use, or mishandling cannot be returned.

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to place a new order.
If a refund is approved due to a verified issue upon delivery, we will notify you once the item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
